Changing or cancelling your subscription
Using the billing portal:
You can cancel and change your Kite subscription at any time, by clicking the Stripe billing portal link below:
You will be prompted to enter the email address on the account, then you'll receive a login link from Stripe, our payment provider.
After logging in, you can change your plan's billing frequency or cancel your subscription.
If you're on a team plan and are not the account owner, you'll need to contact the account owner to make changes to your billing.
Cancelling in the app:
You can also find the billing portal link in the app at any time:
- Make sure you are logged in
- Click the profile option in the top right on the app's navigation bar.
- Click "Account and billing"
- Click the Billing tab
- Click "Manage billing on Stripe"
If you're on a team plan and are not the account owner, you'll need to contact the account owner to make changes to your billing.
What if I don't see an option to cancel in the Stripe portal?
If you do not see an option to cancel the subscription in the Stripe billing portal, and instead see a list of past payments, it usually means your subscription has already been cancelled.
Make sure you are logging in with the correct email address for your active subscription. Customers who reactivate accounts often sign up under different email addresses without realizing.
